Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A continuous, unedited live unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
